What this website uses
Patriot Outdoor Services uses essential browser storage to remember your cookie preferences and support core site features. Optional analytics and Google and OpenAI ad measurement are disabled until you choose them. Use “Edit preferences” to choose individual tools, then “Save preferences.” “Allow all” enables all available optional measurement tools; “Essential only” turns them off. Dismissing or closing the notice only hides it and does not accept optional tracking. An earlier OpenAI-only choice does not authorize Google Ads.
Necessary preference storage
When you choose whether to accept optional cookies, this website saves that decision in your browser's local storage under patriot_cookie_consent_v1. The saved record contains your cookie choice, the date and time it was updated, and the notice version. This storage is treated as essential because it prevents the site from repeatedly asking and ensures your decision is applied on later pages.
Dismissing the notice saves a separate display preference under patriot_cookie_notice_dismissed_v1. It contains no advertising identifier and does not grant permission for measurement. You can reopen the controls from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
If browser storage is blocked or cleared, the site will ask again. Core pages, service information, phone links, and estimate forms remain available when you choose essential cookies only.
Optional cookies and site measurement
If you accept analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-2445HBFQNG. It can provide aggregated information about visits, pages viewed, approximate geography, browser or device characteristics, and how visitors move through the site. Google Analytics may create first-party identifiers such as _ga and _ga_*.
With your consent, we also record successful estimate or shed quote requests and clicks on call or text links. These events do not include your name, contact details, address, project notes, or saved-design link. Successful requests are counted only after the intake service accepts them; a call or text link click does not confirm a conversation took place.
Analytics also remembers approved campaign labels, such as whether you arrived from a Facebook, Google, or OpenAI ad, so a request on a later page can be associated with that campaign. This information is saved in your browser under patriot_attribution_v1 for up to 30 days per recorded visit source. Direct visits do not extend that period. This site-managed record contains only approved source, campaign, and creative labels, not ad-click identifiers, arbitrary URL parameters, or form contents.
Google ad personalization, Google signals, and advertising-personalization signals remain disabled by this implementation. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Optional Google Ads measurement
If you enable Google Ads measurement in your preferences, public production pages configure Google Ads tag AW-17059408616 through the existing Google tag. Google advertising storage and advertising measurement data are then allowed; ad personalization remains off. Google may use ad-click identifiers and first-party cookies such as _gcl_* to associate visits with advertising. Retention depends on Google's settings and browser limits. No enhanced-conversion customer fields are supplied by our code.
After the intake service accepts a genuine request, we send the corresponding Google inquiry conversion. The quick shed quote form uses the “Submit lead form” action; general contact and configured Shed Builder requests use the existing “Contact Us” event. Conversion events contain no form contents, customer identifiers or quote price. We do not treat a page visit, opening a form, or clicking its submit button as a confirmed lead. Withdrawal turns Google advertising consent off and removes accessible _gcl_* cookies.
Optional OpenAI ad measurement
If you enable OpenAI Ads measurement in your preferences, approved public pages load the OpenAI measurement pixel. It records page views, accepted estimate or shed quote requests, and separately labeled call, text, and Shed Builder actions to help measure advertising results. A request event is not proof of a qualified inquiry, and a call click is not proof of a completed call. Actions taken before you opt in are not replayed later.
The OpenAI SDK can capture the opaque oppref ad-click identifier from an ad's landing URL and save it in a first-party __oppref cookie for 30 days. It can also create a random browser identifier in __obref for 365 days. These identifiers support attribution and measurement across visits. The SDK supplies event times and the current site's origin. Our event code sends fixed public page labels and random event IDs, not full URLs, shared-design tokens, names, contact details, addresses, form notes, or customer identifiers.
Our event configuration opts out of future user-level personalization and does not enable manual customer-data matching. OpenAI's handling of information is described in the OpenAI Privacy Policy. Your ad-measurement choice is separate from an earlier analytics-only choice.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer or the button on this page to change individual tools. Advertising measurement also enables site analytics because the tools share measurement plumbing. Turning site analytics off turns both advertising tools off. Choosing “Essential only” turns all optional measurement off and clears the site-managed campaign context. Withdrawal updates the loaded providers' consent states and removes the relevant first-party cookies where the browser permits it. Google may process limited cookieless consent signals after its tag has already loaded. If analytics was running, the site also reloads without it when the preference can be safely saved. Withdrawal does not delete information already received by a provider. You can also clear website data through your browser settings.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, this implementation keeps Google and OpenAI advertising measurement off, including when you previously allowed it. Site analytics remains a separate choice. The preference controls explain when this browser signal is active.
Estimate and quote forms
The general estimate and custom shed forms send the information you enter to Patriot Outdoor Services' lead-intake service only when you submit a form. That information can include your name, contact details, property address, requested service, access notes, shed selections, and project description. Do not submit sensitive financial, government-identification, or account information.
Calling, texting, or emailing through a site link opens the relevant application on your device and is then governed by that provider's settings and terms.
